GETTING STARTED

Production Ideas . . . How do I get started?

First, Every Conference or Convention is Different.
We may produce a host of ideas before arriving at the perfect one for a project or client. It's a necessary part of the creative process and one that we take seriously.

Here's a little insight into how we do it:

  • Start with a phone call.  We are available most any time to discuss your next project.
  • Go over the ideas that you are wanting to communicate

  • Explore the venue and it's particular strength's and weaknesses.
  • Create a production time table.  Create a project plan based on goals and objectives that includes milestones and contingencies
  • Contact the venue.  Set up a meeting to discuss venue, labor, vendors, and equipment.  Consult client in all aspects of production and budget
  • Work with invited artist's Technical Riders.  To the layman, this equipment list can be daunting.

  • Rigorously work the time table by achieving the goals of the production schedule.

Our strength is our experience.  We have worked with union and non-union, or right-to-work venues.  We understand how much labor, and how much time it will take to move-in , operate, and strike your show.  We are limited on our "time away" from our local church.  However, if we can't come on-site, we can consult with you on your next production.
