2013 Student Evangelism Conference - South
Pharr Event Center - Pharr, Texas
This multi-purpose facility is used for weddings, MMA fights, almost anything! We were able to make good use of a 15' x 20' 5cm video wall. Hazing was used aggressively as 20 moving lights moved throughout the concerts from Christian Rap to Christian Rock and Roll to worship.
Overseas Productions
Russia - Scotland - Romania - England - Hungary
We were making two to three trips overseas every year. It was a blast to be one of the first Americans to go to Moscow after the fall of the "Iron Curtain" that had separated Russia from the rest of the world. We saw Lenin's statues that had been torn down laying around in a former park. We witnessed the first evangelistic crusade in the Palace of Congresses of the Kremlin.

The Old Days
1980-1990
Go with us back to the "old days" of conference production. Huge crowds, simple technology, hotels rooms, and gigantic vehicles hauling this equipment around were all-too-common in these days.
2013 Student Evangelism Conference - North
Southwestern Seminary - MacGorman Chapel
This incredible new auditorium that seats 2,300 opened their doors to us in summer 2013. No hazing could be used, so armed with a 16' x 30' video wall and hundreds of moving backgrounds, we helped communicate the Gospel to over 1,000 students.
2010 SBTC
Corpus Christi Convention Center
This meeting started with a BANG! Over 3,000 students and adults came to a Crossover Event before the conference began. Video & Audio had to be run over 300' to the overflow room.
2012 SBTC Evangelism Conference
Irving Convention Center - Las Colinas
This brand new beautiful center is one of the first in the nation to be built - green! This was our second time to produce a meeting here. We used nine Christie video projectors, three MacBook Pros, and three triple head to go to video map the huge walls.
The 2011 SBTC Evangelism Conference
Dr. Pepper Arena - Frisco, Texas
This venue is a hockey rink by day! We had less than 24 hours to change it from a ice rink to church! It was technically challenging to reinforce a 500 voice choir, and 70 piece orchestra. Over 90 channels of audio were live. The video screen in the back of the choir is 22' high x 125' wide.

From time to time we are PRIVILEGED to work a conference or convention at a local church. This is rare. Most Churches don't have the facilites, and those that do are just unable, because of scheduling, to let us "take over" their systems for a week. But some do.....
2014 SBTC Evangelism Conference
Sagemont Church - Houston
I had worked conferences in this church many years ago, but never in this new worship center. The staff was incredible to work with! They have thought through their systems, and have an extraordinary production facility. This was the first time we used their staging pieces and equipment.
2011 SBTC
Irving Convention Center - Las Colinas
This was our first time to work this room and the first time for any truss to be flown in this Exhibit Hall. Being the first in a room is trying. No one knows how to rig. This show had to be the guinea pig!
2010 Evangelism Conference
Arlington Convention Center-Arlington, Texas
Located adjacent to Ranger Stadium and the new Cowboys At&T Stadium, this facility had just gone through an upgrade. Our challenges were to 300' of images across an ugly grey concrete wall.
2014 Student Evangelism Conference - South
McAllen Convention Center
What fun it was to work in beautiful South Texas-close to South Padre Island. Great facility, and our vendor was again Melhart Music! They really did a great job of supplying all of our backline, lighting, video, and sound.
